While the base of this upcycle may be obvious (overalls), the skirt is comprised of vintage handkerchiefs. The skirt is lightweight and perfectly twirly.

*The straps are shown & measured in their longest position. They can be shortened to sit higher on the waist. This will bring up the hem as well.
Waist: 36” - waistband can be unbuttoned to accommodate 45” hips or chest if pulling it on from the top
Top of shoulder to waist: 19”
Top of shoulder to hem: 35”-45”
